Benefits of Playing on Clay?

Clay courts are gentler on the body, reducing stress on your knees, ankles, legs, and back by absorbing impact with every step. The softer surface minimizes joint strain, making it easier on your body during play. Plus, clay doesn’t retain as much heat as hard courts, keeping the surface cooler and more comfortable —especially on hot days.
